  • Orders are dispatched from our warehouse just outside of London, UK from Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (GMT)
  • All delivery costs are quoted in GBP - British Pounds.
  • We will deliver products from your order in one package where possible.

    1st class orders that are placed before midday Mon-Fri, will be posted on the same day.

    All items are sent out via Royal Mail. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service.

    International orders may take between 5-14 working days to be delivered once they have left our warehouse.

    Once dispatched, you will be sent a dispatch email containing a tracking number.

    Please note that you may be liable to pay local taxes, customs and import duties that are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel for which GWA cannot accept liability. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

    Environmental considerations

    Packaging is environmentally friendly. The plastic vacuum can be separated from the cardboard carton and recycled, but please check with your local council.

     

    Returns Policy

    If you are not happy with the goods ordered, please return in perfect condition, unused and unopened, including all packaging within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. This does not apply to Special Offer goods which are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

    In the unlikely event of a product being damaged during delivery or faulty on arrival, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us page and retain the product in its original packaging. We will make the necessary arrangements to correct the situation. In the event of damaged caused by neglect, accident and misuse by you, no claim will be considered.

    Events outside our control

    We are not liable or responsible for any failure or delay to perform any of our obligations that are caused by events outside our reasonable control.
