Girls With Attitude offer free UK delivery. Delivery is subject to availability of stock; usually within 2-4 days. Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail postage.

Ordering
In placing an order you accept our Terms and Conditions. Browse the website and select the items you require. Then add to your basket. Proceed to the checkout, review your items in the order and place the order. Office working days are Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm, so any order placed on a Friday will be processed the following week.
Fulfilling An Order
We will do our best to fulfil all orders, however this is not always possible. Reasons can include the product being out of stock or discontinued, or problems with authorisation of payment. We will try to offer alternative products where possible but will contact you in the first instance.
All items are sent out via Royal Mail via a free 2nd class service or chargeable 1st Class service. Although Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class mail the next working day after posting, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service.
Our Prices
The prices shown on our website are in pounds sterling (£) and correct at the time of the website creation, except in cases of error. Prices include VAT. Prices are liable to change at any time but changes will not affect orders placed prior to the changes.
Payment
Payment in full must accompany your order so that it can be accepted and processed. Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards via PayPal; Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express and Solo. By using one of these cards, you confirm that the card is yours. All card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses, we will not process the order and are not liable for a delay or non-delivery. We are not obliged to inform you of the reason of refusal and we are not liable for any card issuer or bank charges incurred. Please note, only one type of card can be accepted per order. If you wish to use multiple cards, you have to create multiple orders.
Cancellation
If you decide to cancel an order or an item from an order, please get in touch immediately via the Contact Us page and we will see what we can do. If not, wait until you have received the product and return it to us, unopened for a refund within 14 days of receipt.
